1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery for:
- Unworn, undamaged items
- Products with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging
- Purchases made directly through cogglesshop.com
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Worn or used products
- Items without proof of purchase
- Final sale merchandise (marked as such)
- Personalized/customized goods
3. How to Return
Simple return process:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to “Order History”
- Select items for return
- Print prepaid return label (UK only)
- Package securely and post
4. Return Costs
- UK customers: Free returns with prepaid label
- International customers: Responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping fees non-refundable
5. Refund Processing
- Allow 7-10 working days after we receive return
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Exchange option available (subject to stock)
6. Faulty/Damaged Items
If you receive defective goods:
- Contact us within 14 days
- Provide photos of damage
- We’ll arrange free collection
- Choose replacement or full refund
7. International Returns
Additional requirements:
- Clearly mark package as “RETURN”
- Include all customs documentation
- Refund excludes original import duties
8. Holiday Returns
Extended period:
- Purchases November 1-December 24
- Eligible for return until January 15
- Standard return conditions apply
